In a meeting between two of the top women's lacrosse programs in the 2019 season, the second ranked Maryland Terrapins hosted the Syracuse Orange at Capital One Field in College Park, MD. In a back and forth affair that needed overtime to determine a winner, Terrapins junior Kali Hartshorn scored the game winning goal to give Maryland a12-11 win.
