The team at LAX.com works on all aspects of our business. Our state of the art warehouse and offices are located in Norwalk, CT and stocked 365 days a year with the best products in the game. Our shipping, product and fulfillment experts insure that all the gear that leaves our warehouse is the highest quality and gets to your doorstep as fast and accurately as possible. The LAX.com warehouse also includes an artificial grass surface that we use for product testing and some serious demo's.

Additional production time for customized products like custom Strung Heads and Helmets.
Custom helmets will be shipped out through UPS, via the shipping method you picked at check out. Custom helmets take extra time to build - Expect 3 to 5 business days, before they are shipped from the manufacturer.
Pro Strung heads are processed with care. Production time will vary by product and the shipping option picked at checkout will be used after the item is produced.
Free shipping on orders over $99 within the continental US - Excludes oversized items like goals, nets, rebounders, ball buckets, etc.
Global delivery varies by local customs. Customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.
Heavy items may incur additional shipping costs and delivery times.
A copy of your order and US Customs form will be attached to the outside of all packages. Expedited International shipping is available for an additional fee.
