The University of Maryland's Men's Lacrosse team, also known as the Terrapins, is a powerhouse in NCAA Division I lacrosse. With a rich history dating back to 1895, the Terps have claimed three national championships and produced numerous All-Americans and professional players. The team is led by the mascot Testudo, a diamondback terrapin, which symbolizes the spirit of Maryland. The Terrapins play their home games at the state-of-the-art Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium in College Park, Maryland.
